National Commission on Military Aviation Safety


The “Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002” (the No FEAR Act, Pub. L. 107-174) seeks to hold federal agencies accountable for violations of anti-discrimination and whistleblower protection laws. A key component of the law requires agencies to provide notice to all of their employees, former employees, and employee applicants of their rights and protections available under federal antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws. Additionally, the No FEAR Act requires federal agencies to report to Congress and post on agency websites summary data relating to equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints filed with the agency.
